2 of 5 Matrix
The character set of the 2 of 5 Matrix is a numerical code (10 digits). Each character consists of five elements, i.e. of three bars and two spaces. The code is a two-width code, apart from an over-wide bar in the start/stop character. The symbology is also called 2/5 3 Bar Matrix or 2 of 5 Matrix.

The character set of the 2 of 5 Industrial is a numerical code (10 digits). Each character consists of five elements, i.e. of two wide and three narrow bars. The spaces carry no information. The code is a two-width code. The symbology is also called 2/5 5 Bar Industry or 2 of 5 Industrial.

The character set of the 2 of 5 Interleaved is a numerical code (10 digits). Only two digit pairs can be displayed. Each digit pair consists of ten elements, i.e. of five bars and five spaces. The code is a two-width code. The symbology is also called 2 of 5 Interleaved or Interleaved 2 of 5 or I 2 of 5 or USD-1.

Numerical barcode character set. Each character consists of 5 elements, 3 bars and 2 spaces. 2 of the elements are wide and 3 are narrow, i.e. the bars as well as the spaces can be both wide and narrow. The spaces between the characters are without information.
